Project Description:

The Gulfstream Carranza project is a WELL-certified prime industrial building. The Mexicali facility is a manufacturing center where a significant part of the Gulfstream jet components are assembled before being shipped to Savannah, Georgia, for final assembly.

Built on approximately 53,089 m2 dedicated to offices, assembly and distribution of Gulfstream aircraft parts.

What the innovative project does:
