Description of the project

Roma Living is a multi-family residential building certified under the LEED v4 Building Design + Construction: Core and Shell system, achieving the LEED Gold level.

The project was conceived to provide efficient and sustainable residential infrastructure, incorporating passive and active design strategies that reduce resource consumption, promote sustainable mobility and improve the quality of life of users, while maintaining flexibility for future interior conditioning by tenants.

What makes this project innovative?

• High energy performance, achieving 34.6% energy savings through energy simulation of a complete building in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1-2010.
• Excellent urban connectivity, achieving the highest score in Access to Quality Public Transportation, Density and Diverse Uses and Reducing the Parking Footprint.
• Outstanding water efficiency, with a reduction in indoor water consumption of up to 73.9%, including measurement at building level.
• Sustainable urban design strategies, incorporating heat island reduction, open spaces and clear guidelines for future tenants through Tenant Design & Construction Guidelines.
• Credits for Innovation and Exemplary Performance, highlighting education in sustainable construction, efficient wastewater management and exemplary performance in water transport and use.
