Description of the project

Real Plaza Puruchuco is the newest and largest shopping center of the Real Plaza chain in Lima. Located in a growing urban area of the Ate district, the project was conceived as a modern commercial space that integrates commerce, services and common areas, offering a comfortable, efficient and sustainable shopping experience for thousands of daily users.

From the design stage, the project incorporated criteria of efficiency in the use of resources, with the objective of reducing its environmental impact without compromising thermal comfort, operational functionality or the visitor experience. The building integrates passive and active solutions for saving energy and water, in line with international best practices for buildings in the retail sector.

Real Plaza Puruchuco won the Final EDGE Certification granted by GBCI, validating that sustainability strategies were correctly implemented and achieve the savings required by the standard.
