The MMG Tower building located in Costa del Este in Panama City, is a prime corporate building with a lot of Panamanian history certified LEED and WELL.
Built on approximately 355,645 square feet dedicated to high-level global companies. It has offices of UBS, Morgan & Morgan and Roche.

- Aire — Contaminant management, filtration, ventilation and humidity control to reduce respiratory risks. The concentrations of some pollution indicators can be 2-5 times higher indoors than outdoors.
- Agua — Ensure clean and accessible drinking water through quality standards, removal of contaminants, filtration and testing.
- Nutrition — Promote healthy eating habits by offering nutritional options within the building.
- Luz — Optimize natural and artificial lighting to improve sleep, mood and productivity.
- Mouvement — Spaces designed for physical activity and relaxation.
- Thermal comfort — Temperature control for the well-being of the occupants.
- Sound — Acoustic management as part of the indoor environmental quality standard.
- Materials — Reduce exposure to harmful chemicals by promoting safe and sustainable materials that do not release toxins.
- Mind — Optimize cognitive and emotional health through design, technology and treatment strategies, considering that depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide.
- Community — Foster a sense of belonging through inclusive and socially connected spaces that facilitate interaction and mental well-being
