Landsec Workplace

4,452 m² office space located in London, United Kingdom. It was the first workplace to achieve both certification WELL on the Silver level Like the rating BREEAM Outstanding, becoming a benchmark for healthy and sustainable office spaces, and the largest interior space certified with WELL in the United Kingdom.

To adapt the space to a healthier and less sedentary environment, workstations and active furniture were incorporated for as many occupants as possible. For example, desks with treadmills were installed.

3,716 m² office space located in Atlanta, Georgia, certified with WELL Gold. The building's design is inspired by nature and incorporates elements of biophilia. For example, the fourth floor includes a terrace with a green roof, allowing occupants to access the outdoors while working.

ENEL Peru's office space, located in the district of San Borja, obtained certification WELL Platinum thanks to the advice of LEAF, becoming the first and, to date, only WELL Platinum certification in Peru.

To qualify at the highest level of WELL (Platinum), you must achieve between 80 and 110 points, complying with the measures created by the International Wellness Building Institute (IWBI).
