Commercial interior conditioning project certified under international sustainability standards, located in one of the main shopping centers in Lima.

Description of the project

Isadora Larcomar corresponds to the design and interior design of an Isadora brand commercial space, developed under the LEED V4 Interior Design + Construction: Retail system, achieving LEED Gold certification.

The project was designed to integrate criteria of energy efficiency, interior comfort, environmental quality and operational sustainability, aligning both with international LEED standards and with the commercial requirements of a store with a high flow of users.

What makes this project innovative?

  • Energy optimization at the tenant level, achieving 22.2% energy savings through energy simulation in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1-2010.
  • Strategic location with high urban connectivity, obtaining the highest score in Access to Quality and Density Public Transport and Diverse Uses.
  • Advanced indoor air quality strategies, including increased ventilation, pollutant control and IAQ management during construction.
  • Efficient management of construction waste, with a diversion rate of 81%, reducing the environmental impact of the construction process.
  • Innovation Credits, incorporating education in sustainable construction and a Pilot Credit focused on indoor air quality.
